More About Me

I suffered with painful hamstrings and lower back while still active duty air force. I was sent to the pain management clinic and given 3 pain meds and 1 muscle relaxer. After 2 months of the regiment of medications, I went to the massage therapy school for a massage simply because it was cheap. But as I continued to schedule appointment, I began to sleep better. I still go to the massage school from time to time, but because of the medicinal benefits of massage I now have therapist that know what I need without me saying a word. I enjoy cycling and basketball, but my greatest joy is traveling around the world. I facilitate community disaster awareness training for a non profit organization. I enjoy meeting new people and teaching, so this part time job is a good fit for this air force retiree. If this connection proves beneficial, I could help someone else and save money at the same time. Unbeatable combination!
