Definitely the lower back and neck. The butt is always a bit knotted because the mat doesn’t get any attention with an LMT.

Carrying bags while walking and traveling extensively on planes & trains is what brings me here to this website.  I'm thankful that those who have exchanged with me have been able to help.

I also have knots in my thighs as well as glutes. An abdominal clockwise massage aids digestion.
♦ Neck
Definitely neck, need to emotionally let go while  am being massaged. Breath and release.
♦ Upper Back
I  really  love  long strock  with  my  lower  back . Specially  with  long strock  deep  big  hand . Oh  yes  .  After  long  day  work  .  I  really  need  this

I occasionally feel tension between my shoulders and upper and middle back.  I have been meditating for a number of years and this has helped me become more aware of the tension.

Y'all left quadriceps and hamstrings off this list. I definitely need a lot of work there. I also like abdominal work for my digestion, although I understand not everyone knows how to do it properly.

I seem to carry all my stress in my shoulders and upper back. I really enjoy a man who can work out the knots there.
♦ Shoulders
I feel the most tension in my shoulders, as a therapist, where I feel the tension in a client varies, depending on their issues/work/lifestyle.
