I am a licensed massage therapist. I have practiced going on 7 years. My massages are never the same and I don't really separate modalities. I always feel out the moment and what is going on with the body at the time. I mostly use a mix of myofacial release mixed with swedish for a therapeutic and relaxing massage. I also incorporate NMT and deep tissue when needed for specific areas and try to be intuitive and cautious when working deep. Looking for therapists to trade with and also students that would like tips from someone with experience.
