What a lovely man - felt really relaxed throughout - I went first as my confidence against a real professional was wavering !
I needn’t have worried Smoothmassage1 is a real gentleman - patient warm and kind.
It was a pleasure spending time with him and his skills are amazing !
Will have to wait and see if the deep tissue massage he did on my frozen shoulder releases more movement but I already know that it has started removing some of the pain I had - thank you - hope to repeat the exchange soon

It was a real pleasure meeting mgrooves for a massage exchange. He is a friendly and pleasant man who without a doubt has given much thought into setting up his sanctuary and to his delivery of massage and the whole massage experience.

mgrooves massage technique is immaculate and the use of hot stones was blissfully received. Blended together they melted me away. The herbal bath was to die for and his aftercare is a very nice and thoughtful touch.

The whole experience was delightfully enriching and it was nothing short of being in an oasis. If I could give mgrooves seven stars I would. It goes without saying I look forward to our next awesome massage exchange.

We agreed to meet at my office, i collected msgnewbie from the bust stop, immediately she sparked up conversation breaking the ice.

Communication was great beforehand and during the session, a genuine and lovely person. She knows what she likes, tension in the shoulders and neck is the focus with a firm but not a sports technique.

A really enjoyable couple of hours spent in her company.
