Getting together with Mbb123 for his first ME session was fun. He is a nice, considerate guy who was understanding when my busy schedule with a family member meant that I couldn’t confirm a time far in advance of our session. But meet we did at our appointed time. Since he is new, I thought it would be good to start our time together with conversation about different aspects of massage: lotion vs cream vs oil; bed vs table; draping vs nude; levels of pressure; areas of tension and types of strokes. I could see he was keenly listening. We then went to application with me giving him a leisurely hour+ long massage — true to his profile request with modesty draping — during which I focused on areas of his body, pointed out underlying musculature and talked about what I was doing to achieve relaxation.

Mbb123’s practice on me reflected his being new and I could tell he was reflecting on our discussion, mirroring strokes and approaches and working on replicating what felt good to him. Most surprising, his work didn’t feel like he was being tentative, and he achieved a measure of success with me encouraging him and giving feedback during his hands on time. Because Mbb123 is clearly interested in developing his skills, if he keeps at it, he has the baseline ability to become quite good a giving massages. I’d be a practice body again to give him the experience he needs and I hope you’ll also consider giving him an opportunity to improve.

AntsNZ is very friendly and easy going person. when it come to massage, he has magic and a healing touch. Planning my exchange was easy. We chat on site and then exchanged each other numbers. We fixed the day for exchange and kept in contact until the exchange. He is a very good host and very repectable person. I won't hestitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great massage exchange experince.

For us, It was a 3 way exchange He gave me 10 minutes brief and explained about different strokes and tension areas to see and focus. we both gave the swap to another friend togather.

We tried 4 hands strokes on each others back which was very relaxing and rejuvenating. He is very informative and a really good massage teacher as well and put you at ease.

When it was my tern of the swap, AntsNZ gave me very good massage and took off all the tension spot on my back and shoulder neck area. I slept like a baby. His technique, the presure he used was what i really needed. We had some good conversations after massage. I cant recommend him enough. Looking forward to our next swap soon !

Rommie says that he hasn't done much swapping - he has certainly been paying close attention to the massages he has received and thus he has an intriguing selection of massage movements which he performs with concentration, empathy, and an even pressure & cadence. Not having studied anatomy his massage is slightly 'unfocused' but that is no disadvantage at all in a relaxation massage.
More swapping, three-way swaps are recommended ( I want to swap with him again !) will be good for both giver and receiver.

I had massage swap Henry and it was most relaxing and pleasurable experience for me. His massage technique is spot on and all your stress and body tension goes away with his magic touch.

The pressure in his stroke varies to what area he is focusing, is how it should be. You can clearly feel from his first touch, years of experience he has in massage therapy.

The strokes were mix of slow and long covering whole body areas with right pressure that your body needs, very relaxing and rejuvenating.

My swap was such good experience that i didn't feel how the 3 hours went past. Henry was very interactive and informative throught the whole process. I learnt some good techniques from him but offcourse need to practise more on his recommendations.

Henry is a very nice person and very kind in sharing his knowledge with others. It doesn't matter if you are novice to massage and he is very helpful and make you feel so comfortable. We had good conversations, he picked me from station and drop me back, thanks Henry !!.

Henry is highly recommended massuer ******* seven stars in my opinion, definitely would plan another swap with him and maybe 3 way swap with him and another member too to watch and learn his technique and practise.

I have been on hiatus for quite a while as I had become quite picky in who lays hands on me. As a Sensitive/Empath, I try to keep my energy field as clear as possible. I feel extremely blessed, however, to have received an expert bodywork session from mrtraction. With his 30+ years of experience in a vast array of modalities, as well as a pure kind heart, I felt very safe on the table. Omg, can I just say my hip flexors, quads, shins, neck, & shoulders are soooooo happy right now?!!! The traction & stretching were sooooo needed and the cranio-sacral work really opened up my chakras, allowing me to see sacred geometric patterns and such. I can be quite “out there” and yet mrtraction wasn’t phased by my woo-woo-ness. He holds a loving, nonjudgmental space which I feel is an important aspect of giving bodywork since the emotional body can get triggered when working on the physical body, as everything is all interconnected. Anyone would be soooo lucky to receive intuitive expert touch & bodywork from mrtraction!!

I was fortunate enough to meet Thumbler for my first massage exchange. He had everything set up when I arrived. Even before the exchange began, he taught me some points to consider when giving a massage, such as the pros and cons of using oils versus a lotion or cream, among other things. He was very polite, professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He often checked in to see how I was doing, varying the strokes depending on the areas he worked on. I had a great time and felt very relaxed under his expert hands.
When it was my time to give the massage, I frequently asked how I was doing - in my mind trying to remember what techniques he used on me in order to at least apply on him what I learned from my first massage exchange. I would greatly appreciate another chance to have an exchange with him some other time.

A very enjoyable evening with this friendly couple in their lovely house, which was easy for me to get to by bus. Previous reviews indicated what to expect and I was not disappointed. He had the first massage and his lady joined in. Then her turn to be massaged by me, which I knew was a success when she fell asleep, completely relaxed. Finally my turn to be spoilt which I thoroughly enjoyed. Looking forward to the next time.

yoman would like a couple massage meet and I would be pleased to team up with any ladies from ME who would like join me for that. Maybe we could meet first, just socially if desired.

This swap was easy to arrange and enjoyable to experience. Rakz88 is new to massage but he learns very quickly and he rapidly gained confidence to produce a good massage. I have suggested three-way swaps as being a good way of learning new stuff fast. I certainly hope that he will have many more swaps and progress quickly to gain the extra star. What a lovely lady to massage. Great conversation to start with - glad I had been keeping up with the important Royal's news! The all over massage used sweet almond oil with some ylang ylang. It turned out to be a double massage - twice each side - and the opportunity for some long double hand body strokes. Two and a half hours later it was time for my subject to wake up and go. I really appreciated the opportunity to do what I enjoy doing and hope to be able to again before too long.

Recently, I had the pleasure of an exchange with Athleticguy while he was in town. I knew in advance that he did not have any formal training but I have enjoyed exchanging with other novices and our conversations had been enlightening -- a family member was a massage therapist and had given him ideas. I worked on him first and at times explained what I was doing. He then worked on me -- his strong hands and technique of slow, lighter to deep intensity strokes, repeatedly in one area were very relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed learning a different approach. He is very personable and I shall look forward to another exchange when he is in town. It was hard to believe him when he said that this was only his second exchange and therefore I am giving him 5 stars for a much needed, relaxed experience! Give him a try -- I doubt that you will be disappointed.

The massage was awesome! I really respect the expertise of mrtraction based on 30 years of his massage therapy experience. Now, my left shoulder and arm feel relaxed, free from pain. I've even started its rotation to return the range of motions. The fiber of my left posterior scalene muscle was like a rope before, but now it is very soft and free from tension. mrtraction has improved the mobility of my neck also that bothered me. Now, I can even sleep on my left side again.

After getting your massage, I have been maintaining the same miraculous state of mind, soul and body continually feeling your care, positive vibes, inner smiling and wishing me the best in health. Thanks a lot! Your massage was the best.
