My Sunday just turned into the best day of the week! jdhay300 drove 2 hrs from Bakersfield to do an exchange. He is a modest, comfortable, open minded man who delivers the most amazing massage! Although he claims little experience, his hands are magic! His rhythm, pressure, and connection come straight from the heart! Little did I know, my "taking a chance" would turn into a lottery win! Today pab and I exchanged a great session. He is extremely gracious and is up there with the best of the pro CMT's. He loves doing exchanges and has acquired a wealth of modalities. He not only targeted my problem areas, but found a few I did now know existed. So his expertise leads him to the various muscles that need more attention. He give good strong deep tissue (ART) Active Release Techniques. In this style pab does nerve slide or flossing techniques. He certainly applies acupressure to point that clears blockages. I really benefited by his craniosacral therapy which released my headache immediately. I did not tell him and he applied the right pressure and the exact point of stress. pab was also great stimulating the lymphatic system. I feel refresh and renewed. I look forward to his return to LA and hopefully I can see him when in LV.

I had the great pleasure of meeting LucyinTheSky for an exchange earlier this week - not only was she quick to respond and courteous, but she was wonderfully open and honest in our discussions around what a good exchange would entail and each person's needs. I felt in safe, responsive hands throughout.
Lucy's profile says she's got amateur experience but I believe she's received some formal training since then and it shows. Lucy's massage was really a wonderful combination massage. Some Swedish, some Lomi-Lomi, some others sprinkled in there as well - she considered the holistic experience from music and atmosphere through to the sequencing, pressure and overall experience had by the recipient. She varied her approach based on the needs she perceived and was very giving which led to a floating, blissful and smiling feeling for the rest of the day. I hope we continue to exchange and learn from each other and would definitely recommend her as an exchange partner and her approach to massage for others here.

After several chats to set a time and date that worked for both of us and met at the appointed time. She was on time and ready to go. She also was able to bring her table which I really appreciated.
We spent a few minutes getting comfortable and discussing boundaries. We had a wonderful and relaxing exchange. She has a natural touch and took direction really well. Checked with me often about my comfort level. I felt comfortable with her the whole time. I left relaxed and energized. She was a pleasure to work with.

Met up with Gesticulation (Gest) at a coffee shop to first get acquainted. We decided to find a time for a massage exchange. When we met at my home, we first talked a bit over a glass of wine, then proceeded to the massage table. Gest has a great touch, firm when needed to relieve tight areas, lightly to stimulate as well. it was a great evening overall. I hope to trade massages with him again soon.

His approach to Massage is very healing and calming with a room and music that’s very conducive to relaxation. His touch is excellent with a mixture of strokes and pressure that was perfect for me. OCguy received an unhurried extremely Deep Tissue massage. He is very receptive to touch and could see how much he was enjoying the experience. We discussed boundaries.. .he checked in frequently to see if the pressure etc was fine. All told...it was a really great relaxing massage. I never felt unsafe or in danger or pain for a second. I met pab at his hotel room in San Diego last night for an AMAZING massage exchange.

He is very respectful, personable. friendly and skilled at giving Deep Tissue massages.

pab provided me an unhurried extremely therapeutic Deep Tissue massage; this morning I woke up and got out of bed with out any pain on my neck, right upper extremity, lower back and left lower extremity, which normally bother due to injuries. He catered completely to my body's needs and requests, he kept checking on me to make sure I was doing fine with the massage, as he hit several very tight and tender spots.

Too bad he is not local, otherwise I would certainly have exchanges with him on a regular basis.
