I had a fantastic massage swap with Wouter. It was curteous and considerate right from the outset with a warm welcome at his home. He offered me a drink and repeatedly asked if heating in his massage room was too warm or cold. Towels, dedicated massage table and music added to the overwhelming experience. I elected to give my massage first as I knew that my lack of techniques would be exposed once Wouter started his massage session on me (the massage training certificates neatly displayed by the window only confirmed that I would have to try to raise my game). I took my my time with the massage and Wouter was very generous with his comments which has immensely improved my confidence. I know that I have a lot to learn and this became even more apparent with the massage I received from Wouter. He seems to press all the right buttons. I play tennis regularly and sometimes feel quite tight on some leg muscles and around the shoulders. Wouter used a range of stroke techniques and pressures and was able to identify the areas giving me some concern. I slept soundly that night and the following day I was still feeling the benefits of the massage. I would certainly recommend Wouter and hope that we can stay as friends and exchange again.

I’ve exchanged with nexus a few times now and it has always been brilliant experience, however the last time, I wasn’t feeling great and because he is a lovely, considerate guy, he devoted his time to massaging me. He took control and I was very happy to let him, he instinctively knows the right strokes and pressure required, using strokes and techniques that were new to me and that both surprised and pleased me. It was the most amazing relaxing sensual and nurturing couple of hours, he took great care of my body, and me. His sensitivity and natural ability moved the art of massage on to a different level. I was thoroughly indulged and enjoyed every second of it.
His technique flows between invigorating and relaxing, exhilarating and sensual, the juxtaposition of these different strokes heightening the awareness of the sensations and feelings going on in my body.
I felt fully content and restored by the end of the massage. I highly recommend you give yourself over to nexus for him to work his magic.

We sat and spoke for a while to get to know each other and discuss any concerns. Our exchanges went very well. He uses long, firm strokes in addition to light "flittering" touches. I had the wonderful privilege of meeting with Michael recently for an exchange. We were able to communicate quite a bit before we managed to get together for our exchange but this allowed me to feel very comfortable when we actually met. In person, Michael greeted me with a warm welcome and genuine smile. He is very polite, easygoing, great company and easy to talk to. I truly could have spent time just talking with him on various subjects and enjoyed myself. He demonstrated a clear passion for massage and its benefits that is manifested through his touch. He paid attention to many of my problem areas, especially shoulders and low back. He is really generous with his talents and time and was a pleasure to exchange with, both in the giving and receiving.

A really firm but relaxing massage with the advantage of having a home sauna to relax in before the actual massage. amarilla e-mailed this morning and we were able to coordinate our schedules for this afternoon. He called to confirm our time and to receive accurate directions. We sat and talked for a bit to get to know one another and then we discussed our preferences concerning massage. amarilla has quite a bit of massage experience. He enjoyed the session and provided me some helpful hints for future exchanges with others. We discussed pressure, muscle groups and effective strokes. The time went by way too quickly. I had the pleasure of meeting Pipajmose yesterday.The massage has to be the most thorough and complete massage I have experienced.From the first touch you could feel his knowledge and experience and of course skill being transmitted from his hands to all parts of the body.The variations in pressure applied to the different parts of the body exemplified a great sensitivity and finesse.His attention to to the feet,hands and head ensured all extremities were treated in depth.
The same thoroughness was applied to the rest of the body with intuition and experience.

Following a short consultation, Biodynamic gives a personalised and considered massage using light touch and gentle techniques.
Although I was a little sceptical I found the massage to be incredibly energising.
I slept better following the massage than I had for a long time.
