soothing4you provided the attention and relief which I needed after a stressful unusual physical work experience I found necessary on a recent vacation trip. His touch and attention to my hurting areas gave immediate refief.

The calming atmosphore of his hosting environment also aided my yielding to the need I had to completly relax.

We were at different levels of experience and and training backgrounds but that vanished as the exchange outcome met the needs I brought to him.

This was my first massage exchange and I must say that the entire experience was very pleasant. Krister had paid attention to details (e.g. creating the right ambience) and had very relaxed and 'flowing' massage style. He was meticulous and attended to most parts of the body, though I thought it may be beneficial at certain juncture, to pause and focus on a particular spot. I am sure he would be able to work on the 'weaker' spots the next time round! Kudos!

This was my first exchange with Horer2 and i am sure it will not be the last.
An excellent firm massage at the start,working particularly on the neck and shoulder where i had problems.This was eased and finally finishing with a gentle all over body massage.
His hands are good and his style and manner perfect.
An excellent exchange.

This was my first exchange with Powelly. I was made very welcome and as I had driven for over an hour it was good to chat and unwind with a tea.
Powelly has a room designated for massage and this was warm and comfortable.
His massage was quite firm and hard which I like and was very good on my back and shoulders. He was particularly good on my legs . I found the whole massage very relaxing and professional. Powelly is much more than an amateur ,he has a very distict style and I felt very comfortable in his hands. I hope we can exchange again soon.

Firmmoves made our first session very comfortable. He asked good questions and was very straightforward. He was highly energetic and shared that energy freely. He also was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips and feedback. The massage I received was refreshing and relieved my tired muscles. He hit all the right spots and left me relaxed and energized. You can't go wrong with firmmoves he's awesome.

I give tom1243 the highest rating for his skilled technique and his desire to give fully of himself to the exchange. It allowed me to feel very relaxed, especially after he found the tight muscles needing extra attention, including some I didn't realize were tense. I would advise anyone with a desire to learn to pay attention during the exchange to his varied styles. Lah hosted the massage exchange and provided a very comfortable setting for the task in hand. Lah demonstrated acute awareness and knowledge of both anatomy and massage. He has a sensitive touch and was particularly good in administering long breadth strokes resulting in an overall holistic approach. What can I say about trickyfingers that hasn't already been said? Here is a consummate professional who is overflowing with talent and knowledge. On meeting, I felt like I had known him for ages and it was like greeting an old friend. Immediately you were at ease in his company and when the massage started I knew this was going to something exceptional. Every muscle was attended to and his knowledge and experience was freely shared. I left as if 'walking on air' and full of new skills I had learnt from him. My only disappointment is that he lives on the other side of the country from me! If your in Melbourne or traveling that way, do yourself a favor and seek him out. It will be the best massage you will ever have.

Well, I had a swap with hairybull this afternoon and it was very pleasant. I collected him from Watford Junction and brought him to my home. After a day of working, he was happy to take a quick shower before I got him on the table first.

I was his FIRST exchange from this site so we did a bit of basic strokes and techniques. But don't let that put you off. He has GREAT hands and a firm stroke (for those who like a strong touch). He pushed all that tension out of my shoulders, back and arms. He might tell you he's crappy at massage, but that's just inexperience and shyness talking. He's very good. With more experience he'll be excellent.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I had a lengthy massage exchange session with Kennie. Kennie was warm and friendly and made me feel at ease and totally relaxed throughout the whole experience. I particularly enjoyed his long, slow and deliberate strokes, that helped to release the tension in my body, whilst invigorating me at the same time. The oil used was very aromatic and soothing. Kennie was keen to seek feedback during and following the massage. I would be happy to recommend Kennie to others and to have another exchange with Kennie in the future. CoB is a nice guy and we share the same sense of humour. The massage swap itself was very good. Despite the fact that it was his first time massaging someone on a bed and the lacking of background music, he demonstrated that a competent masseur. I'm definitely willing to have another swap with CoB and I would recommend him to anyone who'd like a decent swap.

tigertamer and I met up for an exchange recently at his apartment. A very pleasant and obviously intelligent man, he immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed so that I knew the exchange would go well. I was amazed that here was someone who had not attended any massage courses and yet instinctively knew how to provide an excellent overall treatment. He’s definitely a naturally gifted bodyworker who is able to use his considerable strength to provide deep-tissue work which is totally satisfying and ultimately calming. I learnt some techniques from him that I will definitely incorporate into my sessions. Highly recommended.

J is a very personable guy and excellent massage therapist! His 9 yrs experience was totally apparent during our exchange as he worked from one end of my body to the other in a seamless flow utilizing Swedish,deep tissue, trigger point work, muscle stretches and and shiatsu points. I rate flight 10/10 for everything. Big skilful & experienced hands, big heart, big personality and enormous generosity of spirit. If you are in his neck of the woods, I would recommend an exchange with him 110%. It is great but rare to find a qualified professional who can nail a great massage, flight is one such practitioner.
