For a novice, greenman37 did a great job. He performed a nice Swedish massage on both upper and lower limbs, and was able to do some deep work on my back, hams and glutes. greenman37 is also a quick learner, and was able to put into practice some of the more advanced techniques that I demonstrated for him. He is also a very nice guy and very easy-going! I definitely recommend him for an exchange.

I had a very pleasant massage exchange with DrFriend. It is apparent from the massage session he gives, that he is has had some very good training in the Esalen style of massage and he is also well practiced. This relaxing form of massage specializes in long, flowing body strokes, and DrF intersperses these with specific strokes focused on the many different body parts which need work: legs arms chest and back. The great part is that DrF will go back to these specific areas again and again, which gives a very thorough and relaxing session. He also has a very firm and confident touch, which allows me to relax on the table and enjoy. I hope we can exchange again soon.

Even though not qualified, it was a very good firm massage. I felt great afterward from getting rid of those tight knots in my neck . Better than some past massages I have had by qualified Therapists since I first qualified over 23 years ago as an ITEC Massage Therapist.

Although James claims to have limited experience he has acquired the skill to give an excellent massage.
Working on specific muscles covering the entire body, using his intuition and good pressure his routine incorporates many interesting techniques and flowing effleurage to produce an unhurried and thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing experience.

I have just had a wonderful massage and must say riverside applied a good level of pressure and had a great variety of strokes. He may be fairly new as a therapist but he is a true professional and has found a real vocation in something he loves to give. His massage studio and attention to detail in making sure your massage is a fantastic experience is second to none. He deserves every success and I would not hesitate in recommending him for a massage.

After a really rotton week at work, I knew I was carrying a lot of tension in my back and shoulders; DrGBear quickly located my knots and eased tham away. He also found tension points I was completely unaware of and got to work on those too. After his deft, accomplished massage I felt so much freer and far better. We spent a lovely time together. prisk may only have been practicing for a few years but she works with a modest enthusiasm and ambition to learn more. A great trade. A great session and wonderful person to know.
I just did a 10 mile run two days before so getting a trade was right on time. I bounced back from the aches in no time and was ready for my next run much faster than usual.

Vincent has a definite gift for massage. During our seesion, he was very intuitve about just the right amounts of pressure, and knew just the right problem spots that needed work. He very much wanted to be sure that he gave the best massage possible, always asking about amount of pressure, where I needed attention, and the like. I felt like a new man after our meeting. If you can meet with Vincent, you'll be very glad you did.
