I took the opportunity to exchange with roca61 while in London. What a great decision it was too! Roca is a lovely lady, very hospitable and professional. She delivered a wonderful massage that had me totally relaxed and refreshed. We also discussed techniques and Roca gave me really useful feedback that I'll incorporate into future massages. I found his massage this time so much more relaxing .I was like icecream mealting in the table .wow ! I like that the massage is not the same all the time that makes it so much more fun in a massage.

AnueDay may be new to the site and not practicing massage for long, but if that's the case, he's sure a quick study, as he has the strokes of a professional. He's strong and was able to go deep where he needed to work out knots, but also is good with long sensual strokes. I was also impressed with his set-up and very comfortable table. Round it all out with an enthusiastic, upbeat and friendly personality... and it made for a great exchange!

Yesterday myself and Andsomebloke1 did an excellent massage exchange session. He was a very good masseur, even though it was his first one on this site. He has had many massages given to him before as he is involved in a sports career, so has learnt from that. He needs no training as he is a natural. He certainly knows his way around the body muscles and when he gives you a return massage you can feel it as he has strong hands.He gives such an enjoyable massage with some nice techniques thrown in. He makes his massage interesting .I did not want him to stop. He has a very strong muscled body all over making it a pleasure to massage him. I would certainly recommend him to good masseurs only on here and hopefully we will be exchanging again shortly.

Thank you for your relaxing massage. I was very relax with billd123.
I found his massage to be very caring to the body, he ask me where any of my pain was before time .I can say I dont sleep well at night, and he got me to fall out on the table for 45 mins,after teaching a reiki class that help me .wow! keep in mind if you do get a massage make sure you both have the time so your time will be fair to each other .

I exchanged with xjz89 last week, and had a great experience.

He's in the middle of training, so for our swap first he practiced his techniques on me and asked for my feed-back, then I did my treatment on him answering his questions and explaining what I was doing.

There is no doubt he has a great touch, and it is clear he has had a lot of experience with bodywork prior to starting this professional course. He is very intuitive and responds well to various body issues. He's also able to focus in on areas that need extra work without being prompted: several times he found knots and tighnesses in areas that I thought were relatively relaxed.

He is clearly a keen sportsman and has an excellent physique to work on: virtually zero body fat means it's also very clear where everything is and how the muscles work together.

We are planning on exchanging again soon, and I'm looking forward to working with him to gain more experience for myself (he's an exceptionally good teacher, so was able to explain some techniques to me in ways that suddenly made sense!) and also to be able to help him develop further.

I would recommend him to anyone with any level of experience - you're bound to come away from an exchange with a deeper understanding of your own techniques as well as having had a bloody good treatment!

I exchanged with digger63 yesterday, and what a pleasurable experience it was.

After a series of emails and messages I felt confident that we had a good understanding of what each other expected and wanted out of the exchange, and I'm delighted to say my expectations where significantly exceeded.

Digger has a surprisingly strong and confident technique, making extensive use of forearm strokes to really work over an area. He is sensitive to body physiology, regularly asking questions and making sure I was comfortable with what he was doing and if he was 'hitting the spot'. He certainly hit the spot for me!

He also has a great ability with very long strokes, something that I believe is hugely significant for working the whole body.

I came away from the exchange relaxed and comfortable, and very much look forward to seeing him again.

In the way of these things, I neglected to mention I came away from our exchange with several new techniques in my armoury, all of which I'm keen to practice in the near future, especailly with gc.
