It's been a while since I exchanged last. bodykneadsltd specializes in the art of Ayurveda, a technique of Indian oil massage. I found him to be truly a magnificent healer. He is a very warm, inviting and caring person. He intuitively knew what I needed, his presence is soothing. bodykneadsltd body work was not rushed and he is very professional and experienced. I came out of there feeling calm and had the most amazing sleep. Thank you so much, highly recommended. Looking forward to our next exchanges.

I recently met up with jonr86. He has several years experience of giving massage and I felt very relaxed in his hands. His massage is on the firm side, but I almost never felt the pressure inappriopriate to the particular position of the body. I certainly recommend him to others.

He has great skill using long steady and deep strokes making tired muscles and body feel revived and relaxed. He arrived with portable table, clean linens and massage supplies. 24/07/12 - I met last night at his place, I normally host so I was a little cautious at visiting somewhere I didn't know, I didn't need to be as he's a really nice easy going guy who's very respectful and a perfect gentleman. He was a great host, everything as you would want, good table and nice oil. His massage skills are very good and definitely relaxing, I had sent a list of do's and don'ts before we met, he followed them to the letter. I have no complaints only praise, I would highly recommend, I'm hoping to visit again soon.

I have to say this was probably the best massage I have ever had. Bhat focussed on the myriad of trouble spots I have, he concentrated on working them to a pressure I was happy with, and did not rush to move on. I was very privileged to have such attention on a rainy Monday night, after he has spent all day massaging. He is worth visiting as a client, as you know you are in the best of hands.

andsomebloke1 and I exchanged massages today and it was a fantastic experience, leaving me deeply relaxed and calm. He managed to work out some climbing specific tighnesses that have never quite been worked out before.

He has an extraordinarily firm touch, indeed it was one the strongest deepest massages I've ever had, and he's diligent and focused, leaving no muscle untouched. He has some interesting techniques that he's picked up over the years, and I have come away having learned a trick or two.

He has a strong muscular body that's a pleasure to work on, and his sports career means he has some specific muscle groups that I've never worked on before.

It was a deeply satisfying experience on lots of levels, and I'm looking forward to exchanging again soon.

I took the opportunity to exchange with roca61 while in London. What a great decision it was too! Roca is a lovely lady, very hospitable and professional. She delivered a wonderful massage that had me totally relaxed and refreshed. We also discussed techniques and Roca gave me really useful feedback that I'll incorporate into future massages. I found his massage this time so much more relaxing .I was like icecream mealting in the table .wow ! I like that the massage is not the same all the time that makes it so much more fun in a massage.

AnueDay may be new to the site and not practicing massage for long, but if that's the case, he's sure a quick study, as he has the strokes of a professional. He's strong and was able to go deep where he needed to work out knots, but also is good with long sensual strokes. I was also impressed with his set-up and very comfortable table. Round it all out with an enthusiastic, upbeat and friendly personality... and it made for a great exchange!

Yesterday myself and Andsomebloke1 did an excellent massage exchange session. He was a very good masseur, even though it was his first one on this site. He has had many massages given to him before as he is involved in a sports career, so has learnt from that. He needs no training as he is a natural. He certainly knows his way around the body muscles and when he gives you a return massage you can feel it as he has strong hands.He gives such an enjoyable massage with some nice techniques thrown in. He makes his massage interesting .I did not want him to stop. He has a very strong muscled body all over making it a pleasure to massage him. I would certainly recommend him to good masseurs only on here and hopefully we will be exchanging again shortly.

I found his massage to be very caring to the body, he ask me where any of my pain was before time .I can say I dont sleep well at night, and he got me to fall out on the table for 45 mins,after teaching a reiki class that help me .wow! keep in mind if you do get a massage make sure you both have the time so your time will be fair to each other .

I exchanged with xjz89 last week, and had a great experience.

He's in the middle of training, so for our swap first he practiced his techniques on me and asked for my feed-back, then I did my treatment on him answering his questions and explaining what I was doing.

There is no doubt he has a great touch, and it is clear he has had a lot of experience with bodywork prior to starting this professional course. He is very intuitive and responds well to various body issues. He's also able to focus in on areas that need extra work without being prompted: several times he found knots and tighnesses in areas that I thought were relatively relaxed.

He is clearly a keen sportsman and has an excellent physique to work on: virtually zero body fat means it's also very clear where everything is and how the muscles work together.

We are planning on exchanging again soon, and I'm looking forward to working with him to gain more experience for myself (he's an exceptionally good teacher, so was able to explain some techniques to me in ways that suddenly made sense!) and also to be able to help him develop further.

I would recommend him to anyone with any level of experience - you're bound to come away from an exchange with a deeper understanding of your own techniques as well as having had a bloody good treatment!
