Phill was a gracious host going above and beyond my expectations
working with scheduling issues. He then called me with detailed directions to his home. Specific problem areas in my upper traps and neck were addressed nicely and my lower back tension was totally gone following the exchange. Not only did I have an excellent massage but I met a new friend. I hope to enjoy another trade with Phill very soon.

He is very friendly and outgoing. Our short massage course was soothing, relaxing and nourishing considering that we are both amateurs. I strongly recommend to anyone who needs nice relaxation with a bit of socialising. I hope and look forward to our next session soon.

My exchange session with joebobfw as absolutely excellent. His pressure was exactly what was needed for the area he was working, ranging from deep pressure to the most relaxing soft touch. The scalp massage was definitely the "icing on the cake." My only regret was we didn't have more time to extend the exchange. He did a great job and we have already scheduled another (longer) exchange. If you were wondering about him, give him a chance and you'll come back for more.

WOW! What an awesome massage session. Thank you for taking your time and not rushing through the massage exchange. The surroundings were very relaxing and the music was just right. You have excellent pressure when using your hands to reach deep into the muscles. I am totally relaxed and actually feeling taking a nap. You were excellent!

His technique was tailor made to my needs, ranging from relaxing lighter touch to the deeper pressure necessary to break-up the muscle knots in my upper traps. Rob is a highly professional masseuse. His work released lot of deep-seated knots, calcified muscle and tension. For such deep tissue work, Rob's massage was surprisingly relaxing and I drifted off several times. He also gave what felt like a complete rewiring of the nervous system, and released lots of blocked energy. Felt absolutely great afterwards and with so much energy. Probably the best massage I have ever received and I've had lots of bodywork! Highly talented person. I would highly recommend an exchange with Rob.

I just cant speak highly enough of my exchange with Amaken. It was wonderful in every way. Her massage was amazing. Just occasionally you get a massage that is extra special and Amakens was one of those it left me feeling wonderful. Her extensive training in India clearly showed. Her massage room too had a lovely Indian atmosphere and she made me feel relaxed and at home. Amaken is very caring and dedicated and it shows in her massage. If I lived in Glasgow I would be a regular client at Indian Spa. Really hope I get up there soon for another exchange.

Gita is a warm and friendly host and gives a wonderful deep but flowing massage from head to toe. The strokes she uses as you might expect have real indian flavour making the whole experience that little bit different and all the more enjoyable for it.
I can highly recommend Gita to others and look forward to another exchange in the future.

Just had a lovely exchange with Annette. It was excellent in every way. Annette puts you at ease. Her room was warm and well set up. Her massage was fantastic. It was "no hands" style thought made better for not being an absolute purist approach. My only previous experience of "no hands" left me disappointed but Annette showed me how wonderful it can be. The neck work was particularly appreciate but the whole experience was fantastic. It was great being transpoted into that lovely dream world while knots and aches and pains were eased away. I would recommend Annette highly and look forward to our next exchange.

Rob has a superb technique, is very aware of one's needs and gives an excellent massage! He is an interesting man and great company too. I have some quite severe knots due to my whiplash injury, which he spent a long time over releasing. He is unhurried and his style is also very respectful. Such a relief to find that it is possible to exchange massages with no hidden agenda. Simple healing touch. One of the best massages I have had, I look forward to seeing him again!

I had the most amazing massage from Rob who braved the snow in order to make our exchange happen. He is a really nice guy and I was completely comfortable with him right from the start. He made me feel like the most important person in his world throughout his unhurried massage, lots of deep tissue work, delicious stretches, the whole experience was brilliant. Not only did I float on my cloud, I felt whole, at perfect peace, beautifully relaxed and tranquil. A very talented and dedicated body worker. Had a pleasure to swap with Raymond3. He has strong but gentle hands that he applies well to the whole body for a good effect. The approach is on the "holistic" side, working the body as a whole, rather than focused on a particular knot or muscle, but not shallow as some relaxation-type massages can be. Very pleasant experience.

Great therapist. Before fuel prices went up I looked forward to our exchanges. I now have to stick to therapists a little closer to home. However, if we were closer it would be a done deal on my part. she has great depth for those hard to reach muscles and you dont even realize it till afterwards.Really professional setup even though it was in her home.I can't say enough great things about her because she had me so relaxed as she was working on me that I was in "LA-LA Land" while it was happening.

I had the opportunty to exchange with colnedweller today. Frankly when we discussed it beforehand he was so depricating about his massage ability that I nearly didn't make the arrangement, but I did.
What I might have missed!
The man clearly is a bon masseur, very intuitive and unhurried.
He does still lack confidence i himself but that will come. He makes no pretence at being aprofessional, but he has a good massage room set up and I have no question that I would give him a 5* highly reccomended.
