We had a wonderful exchange. I know from experience that travel for business, strange hotel beds, food you aren't used to, and working on the run can all be draining and stressful. We set up our exchange ahead of time through this site and direct emails, including sharing our own philosophies on healing touch, energy exchange, and massage expectations. I was happy to host and help ease some of that stress. He was a very pleasant guy to talk with, easy to be with. Massage was very good--excellent touch, intuitive and caring, communicative and sensitive. He found all of my stress spots and was skilled in his work. I look forward to keeping in touch with him and repeating the exchange as we are able.

Great exchange. Strong hands, with measured, intentional touch. Gentle, yet firm and focused. He has the "touch"... his hands can listen to the body, and the experience and intuition to act upon that information. Having flown way too many miles in the past 4 weeks, my body particularly appreciated the physical work and the energy exchange. Hope to repeat if/when i am back in the area.

Rick was a wonderful massage partner, especially for someone like myself who is new to giving massage. He explained what he was doing as we went along, and was very careful to explain the proper way to massage a certain area of the body. vikkie is an excellent client and on the way to becoming a very accomplished masseur (make sure you ask him for his Indian Head Massage as well!). He has a sure touch and a confidence which makes it a pleasure to linger over an exchange. I have exchanged twice with him. The first was great, and the second was even better. He is educated and engaging, communicative and caring. His home is comfortable and immaculate, providing a wonderful setting. His massages are slow (meaning he is not at all a clock watcher) and relaxing. He is thorough, skilled, sensual and intimate without being sexual. He is one of the very few that have gotten me to the point where I get out of my head and just 'be' with the massage and physically and mentally float away, rather than being analytical about the experience. He is also interested in sharing, learning and continuing to improve his already well-developed skills. Anyone who exchanges with him will be happy that they did.

Dan is a phenomenal practitioner. He is professional and passionate about not only massage, but living a healthy life. He set the room temperature to my comfort level, not his comfort level. The warming massage table pad was greatly appreciated. He focused in on my problem areas and needs and went to work. Besides feeling less stressed and more relaxed, I left with a renewed sense of vision for my own professional career and how I care for my patients. Dan has been blessed with many gifts. I hope others take the opportunity to work with Dan. I would not ever hesitate to refer my patients to Dan. Again, he is absolutely phenomenal.

I had a massage exchange with stresslesswannabe. The atmosphere was very nice and quiet, she treated me in a very friendly and professional manner and I was totally relaxed from the first minute on the table. She used a cooling pillow to untie my tense gluteus muscles. I have never experienced it before, but it worked and it was badly needed! She also used some fascial release technique on my back at the beginning of the session that worked very well. She is a nice person, easy to talk to, and I enjoyed every minute of the massage. I would like to do this again in the future if I get the opportunity.

I had the opportunity to exchange with Ragnar recently in Phoenix. He begins with a few stretches that I had never seen before but were definitely needed! He is a polished professional and his skillful hands almost seem too gentle at first. Don't let that fool you. Those hands turn into weapons before you know it, finding problems you didn't know you had. He gets to the cause/core of the problem and finds all the little glitches in between. I have never had a better upper body massage than his. I highly recommend this professional, very talented massage therapist. I would not hesitate to trade again if the opportunity arises.
