I had my second ever massage exchange today with Andy. Using lots of deep tissue massage Andy gave my muscles a good and much needed working through. A friendly and easy-going guy I felt and throughly satisfied and relaxed after our exchange.

I'd like to say "Thank you" too 5Fingers for letting me work on you with the reiki from far on the phone ,as he was in very deep pain .I was able too help him get out of pain fast ,He was looking for a massage in his home town ,but he was into the reiki faster as it help him out in the past, he new it work very well!

Great fun getting to know her before the exchange she is a fun and interesting women so we connected and felt confortable setting up the exchange.

She hosted at her private office where she has her massage practise...so all of the nicest oils...heated table...aroma...hot stones...etc were available.

She is a highly skilled therapist...loved the blended session between deep tissue...reiki...and more.

She does enjoy giving as much as receiving and was very accepting of my novice skills.
More fun than I can tell...hope to repeat soon.

It's always a treat to experience a new modality, and Austinbodyworker gave me my first Tui-Na session which was complemented with acupuncture and cupping. I had the great pleasure of having Ray for my first exchange. Ray was very relaxed and yet also attentive which helped put me at ease. As well as the usual massage strokes Ray used some I had not encountered before and his open nature encouraged me to experiment too. All in all an amazing first experience I couldn't ask for more. I have recently exchanged a massage with Earlscourtexhibition and I must confess it has been a plesant extradinary experience. Despite describing himself as a 'novice massaur' I could not expect more of a naturally talended man, who can perform an amazingly relaxing massage. I highly recommend him, really.

Learning massage and having the opportunity to practice can be difficult but meeting up with tracey helped with both. tracey is a lovely lady and very relaxed and laid back and from our meeting I felt less nervous as the massage progressed which helPed a lot. She has a wonderful slim body to practice with. I hope we can arrange another session soon.

I had the pleasure and luck of meeting tracey for a second time to try and expand our massage skills. This second meeting was more relaxed and better than our first time and I thoroughly enjoyed massaging tracey's lovely slim body. If only the blindfold could be found it would have heightened those sensations further. I hope we get the chance to meet again as I feel as though I am learning more and more about sensual massage

1fitman managed an exchange with me at short notice and what a treat that turned out to be.
He has a very firm stroke which was welcomed and had very good if not limited techniques, and I still managed to nod off.
He is currently studying to become a masseur and I was able to help him out with my old course work notes etc of which he was appreciative. All that's about to change! It makes a nice change to have someone who genuinely wants to learn and improve and asks for critique. He has the beginnings of a very good masseur and i expect with the course he's currently undertaking he will pass with flying colours and become qualifed very soon.
I would thoroughly recommend 1fitman, and he would benefit from more exchanges. I look forward to further exchanges myself.

Update December 2012.
I've recently had another good exchange. 1fitman has passed his massage course and is now a qualified masseur! Congratulations. The difference in the confidence with his strokes and style was immediate. He has a nice routine incorporating all appropriate stroke styles. And he continues to work with a good firm pressure. I thoroughly enjoy our exchanges.
And on a final note I must also add that 1fitman has a great body to massage.
Take the opportunity to exchange with him when you can.

I recently had a fantastic massage exchanges with Sportlad, and would highly recommend him. His strokes and techniques were firm but relaxing and flowed very well. Pressure was just right, and he occasionally confirmed if it was good.

I found sportylad very accommodating, and kept me inform about our arrangements for the swap. He confirmed our arrangement prior to the exchange, which was really appreciated.

sportylad provides an excellent massage, and comes highly recommend. I really hope to arrange a swap in the near future again.
