I had a terrific exchange with Whoops yesterday. I'd seen Lomi-lomi demonstrated and was intrigued, but had never experienced it. It was fantastic. He is very skillful and generous with his time and effort. It was a joy to receive and made me want to begin to learn some of that technique to use in my own work.

I had a most enjoyable swap yesterday with latinmale1. He is an articulate, personable guy with a toned body which makes it a pleasure to give him a massage. His technique is quite vigorous, which means that your body feels the benefit afterwards, whereas others' softer approach leaves you feeling somewhat deprived. Nonetheless he is sensitive to your needs, taking account of my request to take things a bit easier on my calves. After the swap we went for lunch and a pint, All in all, a memorable swap, one which I hope to repeat in the near future. I have no hesitation in recommending latinmale1 to both beginners as well as those with extensive experience of massage.

Jonte1 is a very experienced masseur and willingly shares his knowledge. I had an exchange with him after my Saturday morning bike ride and he really got into all my knots and lumps using deep tissue and Swedish combinations that were very effective. I learnt a lot form his comments and feedback and am looking forward to our next exchange.

Evening All, undertook an exchange with stronghands14 yesterday.

He was a friendly, clean and outgoing person. Works in a office environment and regularly cycles. As a recipient, he likes a firm pressure he advises preferences in pressure and area requiring greater attention.

As a provider, he provides a good light to very firm pressure gauged to subjects verbal and twitches, he has a reasonable understanding of anatomy and has a reasonable technique base. Which he is developing with each exchange as we all do.

As a provider I would say SH14 is thorough and enthusiast, looking to receive and provide the best therapeutic relaxation technique with highly adaptable pressure capability.

Greybeard;

Friendly and accommodating recipient, we had to change a number of timings due to life pressures. Greybeard arrived promptly, advised his preference for good firm pressure an no medical difficulties.

Greybeard has received another massages over the years and undertaken some studies, so had a very good understanding of technique and anatomy. He provided excellent clinical feed back.

Unfortunately my timings did not allow for swap at time, however looking forward to another return. Excellent knowledge and experience to provide for any studying or developing amateurs.

I recommend greybeard as a subject for people training.

My exchange w/ jo410 was very ejoyable. I would exchange with him again if we get the chance . Though not formally trained, he could probably convince you he was if he wanted. He picks up what he learns mostly from previous massages. His moves and touch seem very intuitive. I'm looking forward to excganging with him again . handsontoo

I too enjoyed my exchange. I think that I will be able to learn alot from handsontoo and hope that we trade again soon. He is formally trained, and it shows. He very quickly made me feel at ease. It was a good connection.

Went and saw Keith today for an exchange what a lovely man he is

His massage technique was smooth and varied combining long slow strokes with firm hard moves . You must receive work from this man! What a session. He had a professional table and supplies in the perfect setting. Easy ample parking. His space in clean, peaceful, and perfect. From the moment I felt him enter my personal space and he connected with me - I felt safe, secure, and honored. I loved the way he was able to offer me the consistent perfect balance of pressure that I needed wherever he was on my body.

The only bad thing of our session is when it was over!

Rachel has a very warm personality and is someone who is easy to relax with. Her treatment room is well set out, but it is not ‘clinical’ . . it is somewhere to relax and chill.

Her massage ticked all the right boxes for me. It was professional, but most importantly she has a good touch. It was relaxing and enjoyable. I’d like to come back again. Thank you Rachel.

A great bodywork therapist. He is skilled with his hands and very professional. I had lower back pain that week and needed the massage exchange. I had a mix of Swedish with some deep work, and Neuromuscular therapy done. He worked on me for a little over an hour and it was the best massage I have had in a long time.
