The ambiance was perfect, good mood music, candles, wide massage bed- who could ask for more. sensualel is firm and professional. I learnt a couple of new skills too which was a bonus. This was my first trade, since I only joined earlier this week, and what a way to start. rg0100 certainly is slender, but within that small frame is a little powerhouse. He worked on my lower back issues with the strength of a man twice his size. He realised very quickly that I had issues with my spine and worked on and around them skillfully. He obviously has a great deal of knowledge, tandemed with instinct and I would be delighted to trade on a regular basis. Just brilliant !!

First and foremost, what a NICE guy! We had a wonderful conversation and discovered many mutual interests then proceeded to an incredibly delightful and most enjoyable massage. F. is so demonstrative and intuitive and brought "to the table" a wealth of varied techniques which were amazing. He seemed appreciative of my limited abilities and we both left the experience with a deep sense of satisfaction and peace. A very intimate and enjoyable experience!

quaduk is a very friendly and interesting person. I think he is naturally skilled and he knows how to give a good massage. I felt easily comfortable when we exchanged a massage. quaduk gave me a very relaxing massage with slow but firm strokes. I really enjoyed the energy level between us, and how this facilitated an amazing massage experience. I would highly recommend quaduk with no doubts.

I have recently upped my gym sessions from 3 to 4 and as a result have felt a little tired and sore. With his very big, strong hands, Raymond gave me an expert massage that was firm enough to address my muscular tension yet tender enough to sooth and relax me after a tough week. A great connection was quickly established, and Raymond seemed to know instinctively which areas of my body needed the most attention, incorporating many techniques that were new to me. Henry was the first person I've swapped a massage with whom I'm happy to recommend. He has a variety of strokes, is able to move quickly around the body so the whole body gets worked on while still being able to focus and work on the problem areas. He was also excellent at "tracing" back to the source of a problem, not just working on the referenced pain area.

He has terrific knowledge of the body both on a theoretical level as well as a practical level that he uses throughout the session.

A lovely relaxed session, with good feedback on what he was finding. Great pressure when needed and never too light. Also a pleasant conversationalist.

I hope to be able to swap with him again.

I have just had a great massage swap with Newt and was pleasantly surprised as he said it was his first swap on this site. He has the right approach and confidence for doing swaps. A warm and likeable character with good hands which just need a bit more help in learning some new techniques. Don't get me wrong he does have some nice techniques, raw but enjoyable. He is open to learn and I hope to be able to help him along the way.
I would definately reccomend him, get in their fast, I'm sure you will be glad you did. I am already trying to arrange my next meeting with him. All the best Newt !

He has a really good presure understanding and a good selection of techniques. i was left very relaxed I think with regular exchanges the technigues will be perfected further thank you. i also loved the oil you brought to the session.

tigertamer and I met up on 15th March using his flat for the swap, that was most convenient, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment. He provided a most impressive therapy session that was unhurried and relaxing, while working the body where needed to ease tensions and stiffness. He may not have professional qualifications, but this guy is a naturally gifted bodyworker and uses a fine balance between strength and softness in the massage strokes, while punctuating the movements with very definite start and end points so that you gain the impression that each stroke is fine tuned to your body. This is a skilled and articulate practitioner who would make a first class professional if he were ever to choose to follow that vocation.

Excellent! Jeff was a gracious host going above and beyond my expectations working with scheduling issues (stuck because of a snow-storm). He called me with detailed directions to his home, where he has a nice studio set up. Specific problem areas in my traps and neck were addressed nicely and my lower back tension was totally gone following the exchange. Not only did I have an excellent massage but I met a new friend. I hope to enjoy another trade with Jeff very soon.
March 12, 2011 My second experience with Jeff.
I arrived feeling tight and sore, walked out feeling relaxed and restored. Jeff knows what he's doing, found all the bad places and made them better, and still managed to do a head to toe massage in a little over an hour. I chose to return to Jeff because the we had discussed "deep tissue" and indeed it was-just what I needed.
