Mark has a superb technique, is very aware of one's needs and gives an excellent massage! He is an interesting man and great company too.I have some quite severe knots which he spent a long time over releasing. He is unhurried and his style is also very respectful. One of the best massages I have had, I look forward to seeing him again!

Had my first exchange with roadbike today. We opted for the 50/50 approach. I have a lot to learn from R!.. He has clearly learned incredible technique and has incorporated an intimate knowledge of physiology with great skill. He is focused and intentional in his approach. It was collegial, enjoyable, instructive and enlightening. We were no more finished with the exchange and began looking for opportunities to exchange again. He is a great example of the value and worth of a website like this and I look forward to exchanging again soon!

It was a pleasure to exchange with Aquarian. A thoroughly nice guy who's easy to get on with. The massage was extremely relaxing and thorough - lots of different strokes and pressure which managed to ease tension in the muscles and provide a lovely feeling of relaxation. Well worth exchanging with and one I'd definitely do again.

Excellent massage. Joan is a warm and welcoming person and fascinating to talk to, about both her work and massage. A really good flow to massage and a sensitivity and respect. Holistic is the word that comes to mind, and I feel I would learn more from Joan if we are able to manage further sessions.

Exchanged a session with fredie this week - a delightful and gentle guy - his technique is focused and systematic. He enjoys the experience of receiving and giving a massage in a quieter atmosphere, so i was informed :)
ALthough fredie does not have any formal training to speak of he clearly works intuitively and very effectively. He certainly could do with more exchanges and a broader range of techniques would help him to enhance his skill developments.

I have come away from a very pleasureable swap with docw.
He is a very likeable guy who can put you at ease straight away.
He is also very adaptable to his environment making the most of what he has got around him at the time to provide an area best suited to the job at hand.
I found his swap totally relaxing, just what I needed after a long day in meetings and a slogging drive up and down motorways.
Although he is only at the start of his massage training he does very well and I would definately be happy to reccomend him.
docw is one to try and I'd like to try him again. Thanks docw!
The 4 star rating is because I really enjoyed this massage and I am sure there is still going to be more from this guy after he qualifies. I like to save the 5 stars for those that have already reached the ultimate in giving a totally amazing massage.

He made me feel as if the time had stopped. He hit the spot with ease and I did not need to tell him anything. He knew where attention needed. It was as if he could read my mind. Perfect duration on each spot, not too short nor too long. He is the second person who made me feel the time was doubled.
Profound understanding on human body, and attentive touch. Slow and steady, gentle but firm. The whole routine flew very smooth.
I felt the glow inside me, and it lasted for a week.

I exchanged with Joan yesterday and I would definitely recommend her. She has no formal qualifications but obviously has had a lot of practice. Her style is very relaxing and soothing and I received an hour and a half's treatment where the only downside was when it came to an end. Spent a very pleasant time with this intelligent lady and we also discussed various bodywork and massage styles and I was made to feel very welcome. Recommended!

I had a great relaxed swap with maleonly16 this weekend. He is an accomplished aromatherapist and brought a fabulous infusion with him.

He was also skilled at relaxing massage and coupled with the vapours from the oil I was very nearly asleep when it was my turn to work on him again.

Certainly recommended and I look forward to another swap in the near future.

Nick is a courteous and confident masseur. He finds where the problems are and seeks to put them right. I found his manner excellent and he has many different techniques to call on. Nothing is rushed or hurried and I felt I had received a really good massage from him, I also feel I could learn a lot from him. I look forward to our next meet which will be soon I hope!
